Extremely poor staff service. I was made to wait for two hours as they prioritized a customer who arrived after me. During my last visit for a nail appointment, the staff did not greet me warmly, and one employee gave me a disdainful look as if I was inconveniencing them. The service was not as disappointing during my initial visit years ago, and this change in attitude towards me is disrespectful. It is evident that they show favoritism towards other customers. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon.
