What an exceptional experience. I brought my daughter to this establishment for her first pedicure, and I am thrilled to have discovered this place. The staff was incredibly kind and sweet. Ann and Bell performed our pedicures. This was the most thorough pedicure I've ever received. Typically, technicians rush through the process, but this woman took her time with every single detail. It was incredibly relaxing. My daughter also thoroughly enjoyed her pedicure and even received a lovely foot massage. Additionally, the salon is stunning and exceptionally clean. I will certainly be a returning customer.
I generally refrain from leaving reviews, BUT I believe it's crucial to acknowledge outstanding service when it's deserved. I visited a nail lounge when I couldn't secure an appointment at my usual nail salon. Despite not having a booking, I took a chance and luckily, there was one lady who was just about to leave but decided to stay and do my nails. Vanh was the most pleasant, gentle individual to ever work on my nails. I admired the color on her nails, and she promptly informed me of the shade, which I then chose as well. She was incredibly personable and amiable. The salon was impeccably clean, and I observed them diligently cleaning and sanitizing equipment as they used it, including the LED lights for nail drying. In all my years of getting my nails done, I have never witnessed a salon clean the nail dryer. I will definitely be returning based on their exceptional customer service and cleanliness!
I've been a patron of this establishment since my teenage years, and I have yet to find a place that cares for my nails better than the nail lounge. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Thank you for always providing such excellent service!
