I tried to get a haircut at this salon, but to no avail. I arrived at 3:45 on a Monday, and found no receptionist. After waiting for nearly twenty minutes (with three different stylists making eye contact with me before walking away silently), I approached a stylist for assistance. She inquired about my desired style. "A haircut." She then asked if I had an appointment. After pointing out that the door clearly states walk-ins are welcome, she simply said, "just walk around and see if you can find someone." I found the atmosphere and the staff unwelcoming. I will not be returning.
The establishment is pristine and welcoming upon entry. I appreciate Nikki's personable nature. She's incredibly kind to me. Furthermore, she remembers personal details I share with her and inquires about updates, which makes me feel valued, like I have a companion amidst the chaos. She's highly professional and enthusiastic about styling my hair. I wholeheartedly recommend her and her services. Exceptional work.
Nikki gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I absolutely adore my new look. Not only was it delightful to see my stylist enjoying the process confidently, it was also wonderful to converse with her. It felt like chatting with a close friend. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit.
