Worst nail salon in the area. I went in for a basic pedicure, and all they did was file my toenails and remove my nail polish. They quoted me $30 for a basic pedicure with regular nail polish, which was acceptable. However, they repeatedly tried to paint my nails a color I didn't want, only to inform me later that they no longer had the color I had requested. I decided to decline the service and just pay for the polish removal and nail filing. Shockingly, they charged me $30 just for the filing and polish removal. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly advise against going there.
HORRIBLE refill experience!! The technician cut my nails extremely short and completely changed the shape. I asked for an "almond" shape, but she gave me an "oval" shape and continued filing my nails down to almost nothing, despite me coming in with medium-length nails! After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the short length, she applied the gel sloppily, leaving it all bumpy. I'm so disappointed that they charge high prices and don't even offer an apology, instead making it seem like it's the customer's fault! She even had the audacity to say, "next time, don't ask for a cut down"! It was just one technician who was really awful; other times with different technicians have been okay. Today's experience was just terrible! This technician should not be working on nails! I'm extremely upset! This will be my last visit there; they've lost my regular business as a local.
I went in with my cousin and everything was fantastic, my pedicure turned out really well. However, I did feel a sharp pain in my big toe later on and upon closer inspection at home, I noticed a gash in it. I was charged $107 for both of our pedicures with gel. I believe I should have received a discount for the injury to my toe. It's been 3 days now, and my toe is still hurting and starting to look infected. The staff was very polite, and accidents can happen. My cousin's experience was perfect, her nails looked amazing. I would consider going back, but I'd request a different nail technician next time!
