The experience was dreadful! Went to pick up a prescription for a friend, and Taylor in the pharmacy, refused to sell me a doormat due to lack of price tag, then proceeded to shout at me when I declined to return it to the shelf. Three weeks later, refused to ring up my 6 small items, stating she could only ring 5 items and walked away. The blatant disrespect is shocking.
As a rule, I don't fancy shopping, but today I did. The produce looked fresh and crisp - making my choices simple. A helpful employee guided me to the stationary department. A few essentials later, and I was finished. Swift and hassle-free. I was truly impressed with this mega store. Many noticeable enhancements since my last visit.
I HAVE REPORTED MY EXPERIENCE TO THE MANAGER (JAMES), WALMART CORPORATE, AS WELL AS THE DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH REGARDING THE INFESTATION OF BUGS IN THE PRODUCE DEPARTMENT. THIS IS UNADULTERATED FILTH AND NEGLIGENCE, AND THE EXPLANATION GIVEN IS "THAT'S THE NORM ON THE SHORE". THIS IS A RECURRING ISSUE SIMPLY BECAUSE THE PRODUCE BINS ARE NEVER CLEANED UNDERNEATH WHERE FERMENTATION HAS DEVELOPED OVER TIME. WALMART OFFICIALS MUST ADDRESS THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY. FURTHERMORE, THE LEADERSHIP QUALITY AT THIS # 2107 STORE NEEDS TO BE THOROUGHLY REEVALUATED.
