My first visit was great! Sid did a fantastic job with my waxing. I felt at ease and was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be returning for another appointment with Sid.
Extremely let down by the lack of organization and communication. I was ready to become a regular customer, but not anymore. They called off my appointment just an hour before it was scheduled, causing a major mix-up. While I was waiting in the lobby a few minutes before my appointment, the assistant manager was canceling another customer's appointment. Gina, the specialist, was fantastic and I would love to return for her services. However, I would steer clear of EWC as a business.
