I visited this establishment a couple of years back and was not fully satisfied with the outcome of my lash lift. However, I decided to give it another shot recently and unfortunately, I am even more dissatisfied with how my lashes turned out after the second attempt. Opted for the lash lift and tint this time, and after the 24-hour mark, I noticed that one eye is more curled and tinted than the other, while the curl on the other eye is already fading just a day after the procedure. Given the amount spent, coupled with the claim on their website that a lash lift should endure about 4 weeks, I was left feeling let down. This establishment is truly exceptional!! I am thrilled to finally discover a nail salon I adore. To start, the ambiance here is impeccable. You are warmly welcomed with a neck pillow and a choice of coffee or tea. The space is incredibly stylish and spotless. I received the most fantastic pedicure! My feet felt incredibly soft, and it was evident that they take extra care. I have had multiple no-chip manicures here, and they are very gentle when removing them. They always soak them off to prevent damage from being forcefully drilled off. Booking an appointment here is a must! My daughters and I spontaneously visited the salon without any wait time. We received two dip powder sets and one pedicure. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I absolutely adore Narela, and she does exceptional work. I have various health issues, and she always takes steps to ensure my safety. Her space is exceptionally clean and comfortable. I regularly visit her for lash extensions, and I always leave happy with amazing lashes. Thanks to Narela, I haven't had to wear more than a bit of eyeliner for years now. I've been seeing Narela for almost three years. Recently, she microbladed my eyebrows, and they turned out perfect with the right color. I love how they resemble my original brows, and it saves me so much time when getting ready. Narela is fully certified in the latest techniques, with extensive experience and flawless instincts about what suits my face shape and skin tone best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care and services.
