When I first began attending a few years ago, it was truly remarkable... The team was exceptional. Fast forward to 2024, the team is lacking professionalism, displaying rudeness, seeming immature, (failing to provide direct answers), excessive giggling, overcharging for services, and maintaining an unclean office. While waiting for my appointment, something even crawled on my foot. I am incredibly disappointed and thoroughly dissatisfied. If I could rate a ZERO, I certainly would. I will undoubtedly be exploring other options...
The office never picks up the phone, I've been attempting to schedule an appointment after missing one (tried calling to cancel but unsurprisingly, no one answered) for about two months now! The service was good but their customer service is abysmal!
