I really regret not snapping a before pic. I went for a brow wax and dye. My brows are naturally dark, but I wanted them to match perfectly for an upcoming wedding. The results blew me away. I'm now a lifelong customer! It's amazing I didn't try this sooner. When I first began attending a few years ago, it was truly remarkable... The team was exceptional. Fast forward to 2024, the team is lacking professionalism, displaying rudeness, seeming immature, (failing to provide direct answers), excessive giggling, overcharging for services, and maintaining an unclean office. While waiting for my appointment, something even crawled on my foot. I am incredibly disappointed and thoroughly dissatisfied. If I could rate a ZERO, I certainly would.
