Unable to do knotless braids!!! My hair turned out mediocre despite requesting small knotless braids!!! I won't be back. It's evident they lack expertise in this style; I even witnessed another stylist struggling with them on a different client. It was a disappointing experience!! Refrain from using clients as practice dummies, nobody wants to waste their money!
