If I could rate this spot a 0, I would without hesitation. Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment with Finley at 4pm. I arrived on time, only to find her engrossed in styling another person's hair in her room, never to return. After waiting for two hours, I left. Haven't encountered her since that day! Absolutely absurd.
This is the finest salon in NWI!! Jamie provides exceptional customer service!! I'll definitely be returning!! This place truly offers everything you need in one spot!! Angel does an outstanding job with wig styling!!
Visited this establishment on the 25th, just two days back, and was attended by "Jamie". Oh my goodness, I shared one photo with the stylist of what I desired, and lo and behold, that's exactly what I received. It's fantastic to witness a group of young, talented individuals.
