The staff members here are exceptional, and I have never encountered any issues. The service is efficient, but do note that this branch tends to get quite crowded, especially during evening rush hours and weekends.

Maintaining a clean environment is a top priority for this family-owned salon and barbershop. The stylist who takes care of my hair, Mr. James, is a specialist in natural hair. Whether I want a sleek updo or a long ponytail, he always delivers results that make it look like I've had a relaxer treatment. In my opinion, he is truly one of the best in the business. He treats my hair with the utmost care, as if it were his own. If I could rate this spot a 0, I would without hesitation. Extremely unprofessional. Had an appointment with Finley at 4pm. I arrived on time, only to find her engrossed in styling another person's hair in her room, never to return. After waiting for two hours, I left. Haven't encountered her since that day!
