I’ve been exploring different nail salons and hadn't found one that impressed me until today! I was serviced by Ken and he did an outstanding job! He delivered exactly what I asked for! I highly recommend this salon!
6 years ago during my initial visit here- the client service was excellent! The employees were welcoming and accommodating. My current visit is turning into a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment over the phone and when I arrived on the day of my service, my name was not on the list. It made me seem like a walk-in. I specifically booked an appointment on a weekday at 10AM. There was only one employee present and they did not even greet me properly. Then another employee, a man, entered. Once again, no greeting- just a curt "can I help you." Another customer arrived at 10:30am and greeted the staff, but they did not respond. I felt ignored and unappreciated. The male employee rushed through my nails at the beginning. I contemplated leaving but I needed my nails done for an event the next day. No one should receive such treatment, especially considering the money being spent. I still chose to tip them 20%, and the girl who did my pedicure was attending to another customer and told me to leave the tip on her table. How ungrateful?! Even though she was busy, she could have taken a moment to acknowledge me and express gratitude, especially when I was being kind. The service and customer care are deteriorating! I may not be a regular customer who books appointments every 3 weeks, but I deserve basic human decency when I do make an appointment. I will not be returning!!!
