I reside in Texas and I have embraced my natural hair for the past 9 years without using any heat styling. During my recent visit to California, I decided to pamper myself with a wash, haircut, and silk press. Maria and her team treated me like royalty as soon as I entered the salon. The team exudes warmth and hospitality, offering complimentary beverages and snacks. The salon's impeccable organization and exceptional service left me thoroughly impressed. I indulged in a luxurious shampoo treatment, deep conditioning, and a skillful blow-dry. I expressed my concerns to Maria and her team regarding maintaining straight hair without damage from heat styling. They ensured that my hair received the utmost care. Not only was the silk press impeccable, but it remained flawless for over a week, despite my return to Texas and frequent gym visits. The precision and neatness of my haircut were commendable, and most importantly, my natural curls bounced back effortlessly after washing, without any heat damage. I extend my gratitude to Maria and her team for an exceptional experience and for prioritizing the health of my hair. I have attached images depicting my initial salon visit, the transformation process, the lasting results after a week of activities, and my revived natural curls post-wash.
This was my inaugural visit to the salon. Maria graciously accommodated me for an appointment. The customer service surpassed my expectations. Maria skillfully executed my haircut and blowout, exceeding my expectations. Denise provided a relaxing hair wash, including a soothing head massage. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
My salon experience was truly extraordinary. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted and attended to. The hair wash was exceptional, with attention to my preferred water temperature, and the scalp massage during conditioning left me in a state of pure relaxation. Though I do not recall the name of the young lady, she did a fantastic job blow-drying and flat ironing my hair. Eisener and Maria collaborated seamlessly to deliver a flawless one-length square cut, rejuvenating my hair's appearance. I felt incredibly beautiful and the change my hair underwent was much needed.
