I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for more than a year now. After a series of disappointing experiences at a salon in Jackson that consistently messed up my hair, I switched here and never looked back. The stylist always delivers a precise trim, ensuring my hair remains even, and her highlights are unparalleled in my experience. Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
I felt discriminated against when I tried to book an appointment for a manicure. The individual refused to provide service without even inquiring about my preferences, stating they don't cater to "those types of nails." I was left puzzled by their assumptions and left feeling unfairly treated.
Absolutely thrilled with the results of my hair transformation by Bobbie and Dee Dee! Their work exceeded my expectations!!! Bobbie's adorable grandpups Nola and Winnie were an added delight during my visit. I am now a devoted customer and highly recommend this salon to everyone!
