Cherry Nails provided exceptional service! Despite arriving 30 minutes before closing time, they accommodated me for a nail refill, replicating the design I requested from a picture. My nail technician and other staff members stayed nearly an hour past closing to ensure my nails were done properly. I am grateful for their dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend their services without hesitation.
I am thrilled with the outstanding work Suzie did on my nails! I received the exact lavender oval French tip design I desired. Since my nails are fragile, Suzie was gentle and applied dip to strengthen them, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of the gel set I received at Cherry Nails was worth every penny. I requested a specific style for my nails, wanting them long but not overly long with rounded thin French tips. This was my first time getting my nails done professionally, and I was hoping for a positive experience. Unfortunately, Kelly, my nail technician, did not engage with me and seemed rushed throughout the appointment. However, the other staff members were friendly and kept me company. I experienced discomfort when my nail tech accidentally cut off some skin and got acetone on it, causing a burning sensation. Overall, I am not satisfied with how my nails turned out.
