Jean's work is fantastic! Had to wait a bit, but it was definitely worth it.
The salon never answers calls, seems closed, and leaves early around lunchtime. Waited until 1:30 pm with no one available for assistance.
Scheduled a 4pm hair appointment for my spouse and son, arrived 10 minutes early only to be informed of an unexpected hair coloring session causing a delay. When I suggested cutting their hair while waiting, I was told to wait until the coloring was finished without a definite timeframe. The stylist was impolite and unprofessional! Won't return for sure!
