Hot Nails

I wouldn't even rate this establishment with one star, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is a complete sham, charging exorbitant prices for abysmal services. My pedicure lasted a mere 5 minutes (literally 5 minutes); the technician seemed rushed throughout, despite no other customers being present. She neglected to clean my sidewalls, skipped scrubbing my feet, and charged $40 because it was a gel pedicure! Appalling. My experience with dip nails was equally disastrous. The technician excessively trimmed my natural nails, causing bleeding. She began the dip application while I was still in the pedicure chair, resulting in extreme discomfort as I tried to reach around the chair. The final result at the nail table was unsightly; it appeared as though a child had painted my nails. Despite dip nails being prone to staining, the application was messy, uneven, and incomplete, ultimately leading to their detachment after only 3 days. This establishment is horrendous; I sincerely hope they face closure to prevent further exploitation of customers.

I opted for a full set of gel nails and had my daughter's natural nails painted. To my dismay, my daughter's nail polish peeled off all her fingers on the same day, and within 48 hours, 5 of my gel nails detached! I will not be returning. While the service was speedy, attention to detail was lacking.

This establishment is subpar. The procedures were rushed. My mother in law received a pedicure in about 20 minutes, while my niece and I received acrylics in approximately 40 minutes. The technician cut my nails longer than requested, hurried the process, and had me utilize a communal brush for nail cleaning. Unsanitary. Furthermore, my nails are uneven and painful. Avoid this place if you seek high-quality nail services! The staff may be friendly, but it is evident that their primary focus is on profit and quick turnover rather than providing top-notch service.
