Michelle colored my hair. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with the outcome. It felt hurried, and despite multiple inquiries, I felt she didn't grasp my desired look. The process was messy. I wish I could have left without paying for the color or tip. However, I believe in fairness, and I understand Michelle's intentions were not negative. I doubt I'll be back.
Heather is absolutely fantastic and guided me through everything. The prices are quite reasonable, and they also cater to children's hair. Excited to schedule another appointment soon.
Michelle is truly exceptional. She is extremely professional, attentive, personable, and patient. Fair prices, excellent with color and cutting. Highly recommend.
