I encountered an extremely unpleasant individual at the store. When I asked a question, I was met with a patronizing attitude and impolite remarks, as if I should have known the answer already. I was taken aback and left wondering if I had unintentionally offended her. This incident occurred three days ago, and it left me with a negative shopping experience. Oh my goodness! I had the most fantastic experience with Alex! His charming studio is nestled in a quaint nook surrounded by lush greenery! Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and prepared for my facial and dermaplane. I truly appreciated Alex's attentive approach in addressing my skin issues and suggesting ways to enhance it. The facial was absolutely delightful and my skin is truly glowing. Michelle colored my hair. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with the outcome. It felt hurried, and despite multiple inquiries, I felt she didn't grasp my desired look. The process was messy. I wish I could have left without paying for the color or tip. However, I believe in fairness, and I understand Michelle's intentions were not negative.
