Michelle colored my hair. Overall, I'm quite dissatisfied with the outcome. It felt hurried, and despite multiple inquiries, I felt she didn't grasp my desired look. The process was messy. I wish I could have left without paying for the color or tip. However, I believe in fairness, and I understand Michelle's intentions were not negative.
