What's the purpose of stating you're open to the public at 3:30 am, but there's no rtg operators on duty. It's truly disheartening how they don't respect our time. The laborers are in the union and the port is raking in billions. So they don't prioritize us. Don't misunderstand, they are setting records, but that's due to sheer volume. They are in no hurry to assist you. The only occupation in the world where a worker can spot a customer approaching and inform them they will be back in 30 minutes. This place should have substitutes for everyone.
