A satisfactory experience with good service and a fantastic haircut.
I attempted to give this nation a chance.. but upon entering, no greeting or welcome. Employees seated, engrossed in their phones. Waited at the counter for assistance, no one bothered to acknowledge us. An employee proceeded to help the next customer behind us without hesitation. Unwelcoming atmosphere, complete disregard for us. Poor customer service. Would not suggest this DREARY establishment.
