Went in for a walk-in dip and full set with my best friend. They asked us to return at 1, which was no issue. After arriving at 1, we waited until 1:30 to be seen. While my friend had a good experience with their nail technician, I did not. The technician repeatedly commented on how short my nails were, making me feel self-conscious. Despite the technician missing a section of my nail and getting dip all over my skin, the worst part was when he asked me not to share my experience with anyone. I will not be returning to VIP Nails after the way I was treated.
Had a fantastic experience! I needed my nails done for an out-of-state wedding, and despite coming in close to closing time, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They truly saved the day, and I am grateful for their exceptional service!
Terrible attitude! Opted for a clear natural look for my full set, but the technician only applied one coat, leaving my nails looking dull. When I returned the next day for a clear polish, they wanted to charge me extra. No one goes to a nail salon for dull nails.
