Ordinary manicure: Unhappy and let down. Minimal focus on details. Furthermore, the nail artist got upset when I requested her to redo a nail because she applied three coats (the rest of my nails only had two) leading to the nail polish wrinkling.
I had a special experience. I ADORE Lovely Nails and have been a patron for years. Yesterday was the initial time I was dissatisfied with a manicure from here. Today I phoned, and with such poise, efficiency, empathy, and kindness they assisted me in rectifying my nails to something I adored. What a business. Kudos to Alex! You're fantastic. Prepared for this celebration :)
