Minoo struggles to accept alterations or feedback. If you express dissatisfaction with your brow results, she never takes responsibility. It's always "that's just how your eyebrows are" or "your hair grows in this manner". Prior to Minoo, I patronized another brow specialist for 6 years without encountering this issue. Despite being a patron for over 5 years, I won't return due to her negative demeanor and the inconsistency in my eyebrow outcomes. If she does a good job on one visit, the next may yield different results. My brows always turn out average, and I keep returning because she never over-tweezes like other artists. Following my last appointment, I left feeling so disheartened that I've decided not to return. Terribly managed, people herded like cattle. They tried to convince me they don't clean the nail bed with a dip manicure. My fingers are covered in base coat and black powder, and they assure me it will wash off? Fix your mistake, don't neglect basic steps.
Don't speak about customers in another language assuming they don't understand.
I didn't cause a scene; I paid and tipped. But you should feel ashamed.
Allowing a customer to leave your salon feeling this way because you rush people through. And when the customer asks for a fix, you just stare.
I'm so upset I could vomit.
I don't want a generic Google response asking me to come back for a fix.
I pleaded in the store not to be sent out like this and was ignored. This should never have happened in the first place!
You've lost more than just one customer, as my whole family used to come here. I visited Emily for a Brazilian and she was fantastic! She was extremely meticulous and dedicated time to ensure she could remove as much hair as possible using both wax and tweezers. Excellent pedicure!! They spent so much time on my 89 year old grandmother's feet (they were in pretty bad shape) and were super kind and patient. Also, Great price!! $30 for a pedicure!! Gentle, kind service with a smile. This place is my "go to" nail place.
