$43 wasted. Terribly managed, people herded like cattle. They tried to convince me they don't clean the nail bed with a dip manicure. My fingers are covered in base coat and black powder, and they assure me it will wash off? Fix your mistake, don't neglect basic steps. Don't speak about customers in another language assuming they don't understand. I didn't cause a scene; I paid and tipped. But you should feel ashamed. Allowing a customer to leave your salon feeling this way because you rush people through. And when the customer asks for a fix, you just stare. I'm so upset I could vomit. I don't want a generic Google response asking me to come back for a fix. I pleaded in the store not to be sent out like this and was ignored. This should never have happened in the first place! You've lost more than just one customer, as my whole family used to come here. Refund my card and treat future customers better than you treated me because I will never return after years of loyalty.
My index finger is sore. It took more than 2 hours to change the shape of my nails and the color of my tip, and I was charged over $70. Now, I have to return because my right hand is hurting. Although they look great, the price of $119 is too high for me to come back, especially when I already had a set of nails on.
Excellent! I'm thrilled that I was recommended Love Nail Spa; it did not disappoint. The manager, Harper, was so kind, making sure everything was alright during my visit despite the busy salon. Kayla did my pedicure beautifully, no shortcuts taken. Her attention to detail was truly refreshing. The pricing is fair, and I will definitely return and recommend Love Nails happily.
