The issue wasn't the hairstyle! It's the lack of professionalism!! Diamond, a stylist at the salon, is the worst!! My first appointment, she was over an hour late then rescheduled due to a ride. No issue, went in the next day she was 30 mins late this time. She was gentle and did a good job on my style. That's why I mistakenly booked another appointment! My appointment was at 3:30, I got a call around 2 stating she was having car issues and needed to reschedule. Ok, cool, things happen. The following day, appointment is at 11, I show up ten mins early and there is someone in her chair getting their hair done, and it seemed she had just started. So here I am again dealing with this unprofessional hair stylist! Knowing I had to be at work by 1, I asked her to step outside and told her not to worry about my hair, just send me my deposit back! And she had the nerve to tell me it's non-refundable!! After finally agreeing to refund the money, she blocks me and my spouse from calling!! Third time's the charm, I will not be returning, especially not to have someone who can't do the basics and keep an appointment put their negative energy in my hair. This salon needs to do better at hiring reliable stylists! It reflects poorly on them as a whole!! Save your time and money, go somewhere else!!!
I didn't have an appointment at their establishment, but I was seeking directions to a different hair salon. As I was walking in, I noticed that the door to their building was slightly ajar, so I assumed they had left it open on purpose (perhaps their AC was broken?). They directed me to the salon I was looking for, but as I was leaving, one of the employees asked me with a rude attitude to close the door behind me. The door was already open when I arrived!!!! And I know both employees saw it before I entered because they were near the front door; if they wanted it closed, they should have already shut it. I wouldn't have minded if he hadn't been rude when he said that, but that indicates the lack of customer service.
Had not visited a barbershop in years. Trusted Nyron to work his magic...came out with a sharp cut that I adored.
