When the supervisor and the man with all the facial piercings are on duty, they can be quite impolite to customers. I prefer to visit the location in Buford to purchase my supplies.
Their selection is fantastic, and the individuals working there are always very pleasant whenever I visit.
For professionals. They offer a diverse range of equipment, colors, and styling products. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, so I can't comment on customer service. However, it's a step up from your typical Sally's, which is under the same ownership.
