The issue wasn't the hairstyle! It's the lack of professionalism!! Diamond, a stylist at the salon, is the worst!! My first appointment, she was over an hour late then rescheduled due to a ride. No issue, went in the next day she was 30 mins late this time. She was gentle and did a good job on my style. That's why I mistakenly booked another appointment! My appointment was at 3:30, I got a call around 2 stating she was having car issues and needed to reschedule. Ok, cool, things happen. The following day, appointment is at 11, I show up ten mins early and there is someone in her chair getting their hair done, and it seemed she had just started. So here I am again dealing with this unprofessional hair stylist! Knowing I had to be at work by 1, I asked her to step outside and told her not to worry about my hair, just send me my deposit back! And she had the nerve to tell me it's non-refundable!! After finally agreeing to refund the money, she blocks me and my spouse from calling!! Third time's the charm, I will not be returning, especially not to have someone who can't do the basics and keep an appointment put their negative energy in my hair. This salon needs to do better at hiring reliable stylists! It reflects poorly on them as a whole!! Excellent pedicure!! They spent so much time on my 89 year old grandmother's feet (they were in pretty bad shape) and were super kind and patient. Also, Great price!! $30 for a pedicure!! Gentle, kind service with a smile. This place is my "go to" nail place. Absolutely fabulous salon! Alex does a fantastic job with men's cuts. Both Alex and Taylor are incredibly friendly and engaging to talk to. Their pet cat is also a joy to be around.

Terribly managed, people herded like cattle. They tried to convince me they don't clean the nail bed with a dip manicure. My fingers are covered in base coat and black powder, and they assure me it will wash off? Fix your mistake, don't neglect basic steps.
Don't speak about customers in another language assuming they don't understand.
I didn't cause a scene; I paid and tipped. But you should feel ashamed.
Allowing a customer to leave your salon feeling this way because you rush people through. And when the customer asks for a fix, you just stare.
I'm so upset I could vomit.
I don't want a generic Google response asking me to come back for a fix.
I pleaded in the store not to be sent out like this and was ignored. This should never have happened in the first place!
You've lost more than just one customer, as my whole family used to come here. Minoo struggles to accept alterations or feedback. If you express dissatisfaction with your brow results, she never takes responsibility. It's always "that's just how your eyebrows are" or "your hair grows in this manner". Prior to Minoo, I patronized another brow specialist for 6 years without encountering this issue. Despite being a patron for over 5 years, I won't return due to her negative demeanor and the inconsistency in my eyebrow outcomes. If she does a good job on one visit, the next may yield different results. My brows always turn out average, and I keep returning because she never over-tweezes like other artists. Following my last appointment, I left feeling so disheartened that I've decided not to return.
