I have been frequenting the United States on and off. I came to Taylor first in May when I needed my haircut fixed that I had done at a different salon and she was AMAZING at making my hair look even and gave me the layers I originally asked for. I recently came back to see her on Saturday June 27 for a partial highlight before my vacation. I asked for subtle highlights on my dark brown hair, and she did just that! Gave me light brown highlights with a pop of gold. She is very easy to talk to, really listens to your needs and makes the perfect suggestions. I will 1000% always come back to Taylor at the United States location. If you are looking for a new stylist I recommend her or any of the talented stylist at the United States.

It was spotless and lovely. Jamie did my pedicure and my manicure and she was incredibly kind. I opted for the $45 pedicure and had a credit from a prior visit. My total bill came to $107 (in cash) and I left a gratuity. I adore this place.

I got a dip manicure and it has white specks all over it. One nail technician told me they looked like air bubbles. However, when I asked my nail tech, she gave a completely different explanation, saying it's the powder and it's normal for dark colors with dip nails. I've had dip manicures with dark colors for years and have never encountered this issue. Although she asked me what I wanted to do about it, since she had informed me to expect this outcome, I had little hope she could rectify it. Moreover, I was on a time constraint as they were running 15 minutes behind schedule. The pedicure was decent, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

If I could give this a zero, I would worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, and worst service I have ever experienced , the lady that owns the salon, I talk to after I had my nails done I had shared my concern with her. She tried to fix them, but ended up, making one shorter than the other, I asked her politely if she could take them off, and she refused to, and replied that I have to pay for them regardless . Then they replied to the review that i was in for a free ride how when i asked you to take them off there delusional Take that $65 i paid for the nails and train your self and your employees on how to do nails properly, take a class on professionalism beware of this salon , and LEE is very rude to her employees. So many wrong THINGS with this place and she was so mad she was recording me when i was getting in my car and calling me crazy bc all bc I didn’t like my nails nit picking? duh there my nails it’s a service I’m paying for I should be happy so of course anyone would. and mind you I still paid for them . If you can’t do what someone is asking you simple say I can’t do that for you READ ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE .😀 BTW THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR SATISFACTION SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE , BEWARE OF NAIL SALONS LIKE THIS ONE . AND THERE REPLY TO THE REVIEW SAYS IT ALL . THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ATTACHED PICS FOR REFERENCE ASK YOUR SELF WOULD YOU PAY $65 😂 EMBARRASSING
