April is a nail magician! After struggling with brittle and breaking nails for years, they have transformed my nails into healthy, stunning works of art. Whether it's a simple design or something intricate, April always delivers outstanding results. I'm a customer for life!

It was spotless and lovely. Jamie did my pedicure and my manicure and she was incredibly kind. I opted for the $45 pedicure and had a credit from a prior visit. My total bill came to $107 (in cash) and I left a gratuity. I adore this place.

This establishment is truly remarkable! The service is exceptional and the staff is incredibly friendly! Here are a few examples of the nail designs I've received, and I have adored each one! They are meticulously hand-drawn and simply exquisite!

I got a dip manicure and it has white specks all over it. One nail technician told me they looked like air bubbles. However, when I asked my nail tech, she gave a completely different explanation, saying it's the powder and it's normal for dark colors with dip nails. I've had dip manicures with dark colors for years and have never encountered this issue. Although she asked me what I wanted to do about it, since she had informed me to expect this outcome, I had little hope she could rectify it. Moreover, I was on a time constraint as they were running 15 minutes behind schedule. The pedicure was decent, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The Sapphire Spot is a quaint nail boutique & Sam Sam is exceptional!! He is warm, inviting, and incredibly devoted to his art. He takes his time and focuses on the finer points - ❤️ love that!! I've never felt rushed, and my nails look stunning every visit! If you're tired of harsh nail treatments, I highly recommend trying out The Sapphire Spot!

If I could give this a zero, I would worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, and worst service I have ever experienced , the lady that owns the salon, I talk to after I had my nails done I had shared my concern with her. She tried to fix them, but ended up, making one shorter than the other, I asked her politely if she could take them off, and she refused to, and replied that I have to pay for them regardless . Then they replied to the review that i was in for a free ride how when i asked you to take them off there delusional Take that $65 i paid for the nails and train your self and your employees on how to do nails properly, take a class on professionalism beware of this salon , and LEE is very rude to her employees. So many wrong THINGS with this place and she was so mad she was recording me when i was getting in my car and calling me crazy bc all bc I didn’t like my nails nit picking? duh there my nails it’s a service I’m paying for I should be happy so of course anyone would. and mind you I still paid for them . If you can’t do what someone is asking you simple say I can’t do that for you READ ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE .😀 BTW THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR SATISFACTION SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE , BEWARE OF NAIL SALONS LIKE THIS ONE . AND THERE REPLY TO THE REVIEW SAYS IT ALL . THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ATTACHED PICS FOR REFERENCE ASK YOUR SELF WOULD YOU PAY $65 😂 EMBARRASSING
