L A Nails

If I could give this a zero, I would worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, and worst service I have ever experienced , the lady that owns the salon, I talk to after I had my nails done I had shared my concern with her. She tried to fix them, but ended up, making one shorter than the other, I asked her politely if she could take them off, and she refused to, and replied that I have to pay for them regardless . Then they replied to the review that i was in for a free ride how when i asked you to take them off there delusional Take that $65 i paid for the nails and train your self and your employees on how to do nails properly, take a class on professionalism beware of this salon , and LEE is very rude to her employees. So many wrong THINGS with this place and she was so mad she was recording me when i was getting in my car and calling me crazy bc all bc I didn’t like my nails nit picking? duh there my nails it’s a service I’m paying for I should be happy so of course anyone would. and mind you I still paid for them . If you can’t do what someone is asking you simple say I can’t do that for you READ ALL THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE .😀 BTW THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY NOT YOUR SATISFACTION SO DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE COMING HERE , BEWARE OF NAIL SALONS LIKE THIS ONE . AND THERE REPLY TO THE REVIEW SAYS IT ALL . THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT TO SAY ATTACHED PICS FOR REFERENCE ASK YOUR SELF WOULD YOU PAY $65 😂 EMBARRASSING

I had the larger, older gentleman he might be the owner I’m not sure, but I was not pleased with my manicure as the first time he did not make sure that all of my regular nail polish that I had on before was off and he had to redo my nails, and then I always look at my nails before I place them under the light to be sure that that’s exactly what I want Because at the end of the day I pay for the service that I want and I let him know that there was a black hair on my nail. He redid the nail and then I asked him if it was fine that I placed it under the light, to which he replied, with “yeah, you can place it under the light if you’re not going to inspect it for another hour“ and I replied “well, I’m paying for the service” and then it was quiet for a little bit. He also told me “you must have better eyes than me “which I responded “I’m a pretty detailed person”. He kept trying to make small talk, and I just honestly wasn’t with the small talk because I was irritated at that point and I was ready to go and there was white polish left on my skin , and there was white polish left to the side of one of my nails on my left hand. It just wasn’t a good experience for the first time getting my nails done after a year of just doing them at home by myself. I should’ve just continued to do that.
