They are meticulous about cleanliness and proper nail, hand, and cuticle care. I encountered a situation where a stingray sting caused my big toe toenail to fall off annually for multiple years. They managed to craft a temporary toenail for me until mine regrew, enabling me to feel confident about wearing open-toed shoes.
