Chose this salon based on positive reviews and moderate traffic. However, my experience shed light on the reasons behind its availability. The female proprietor displayed extreme rudeness, appearing agitated and eager to close (with 45 minutes left). Despite clear instructions and visual aids for a simple request (dip powder with a cheetah design on one nail), she repeatedly forgot and rushed through the service. Perhaps she had a rough day, but that doesn't justify subpar service to paying clients! The only positive aspect was her husband's courteous demeanor. Nonetheless, this initial visit will certainly be my last!

I revisited to alter my review due to today's experience. A loyal patron, I usually receive a warm welcome upon arrival. However, today, I felt invisible. After waiting 20 minutes without acknowledgment, I observed two men who entered after me being promptly attended to. Feeling disregarded, I departed. Despite prior patronage, today's treatment was unacceptable!
