I experienced a 45 min massage from Kristy Cooper #5530. My only gripe is not booking her longer. The ambiance was cozy and soothing. Kristy is skilled and amiable. She relieved hidden tension, leaving me feeling lighter and more relaxed. This initial massage was much needed. Chose this salon based on positive reviews and moderate traffic. However, my experience shed light on the reasons behind its availability. The female proprietor displayed extreme rudeness, appearing agitated and eager to close (with 45 minutes left). Despite clear instructions and visual aids for a simple request (dip powder with a cheetah design on one nail), she repeatedly forgot and rushed through the service. Perhaps she had a rough day, but that doesn't justify subpar service to paying clients! The only positive aspect was her husband's courteous demeanor. The individual who did my nails today was extremely unprofessional, impolite, and inexperienced. I informed her before the polish that my nails needed filing and were messy; she said she would file them afterward. They don’t allow you to wash your hands before the polish, and she was visibly upset even after I pointed out the obvious flaws. She insisted that another coat of polish would suffice and claimed that the excess glue would wash off later. She refused to file the sides evenly and then declared she wouldn't correct it and asked me to leave and never return. Even during payment, she remained rude and repeatedly told me to leave. I requested her to stop being rude and just let me pay. I handed her the money, and she slammed my change on the counter, then walked away when I reiterated that her behavior was rude. The male technician apologized and wished me a pleasant day. The worst experience EVER, she was extremely confrontational and rude. I would NEVER recommend that establishment, and she requires better training. I strongly advise against spending your money or time there.
