Anita did a fantastic job the first time around..... But when I asked her to maintain the same thickness of my eyebrows, just add an arch, and tidy them up, she claimed it was impossible to achieve that. She ended up giving me upside-down Nike symbols which looked terrible. It took a long time for my eyebrows to grow back so I could visit another professional. I rate her zero out of 10 and do not recommend her due to her attitude.
I have been a client of Anita for 15 years now. I travel an hour from Albany to Syracuse because I learned the hard way about letting anyone else work on my brows. Every other professional I have visited in the past has only done the basic clean-up or followed the same routine. Anita actually studies my face and customizes my brows to suit my facial features. She is a true artist, and I deeply appreciate her craftsmanship!
