I had a pedicure done with gel polish, but the nail polish was clumpy with many bubbles. I requested the service to be redone properly. However, they insisted on charging me for a removal because I did not want them to apply polish over the incorrectly done one. This lack of professionalism and failure to find a resolution is unacceptable. I will not return to this establishment. Despite being busy, I did not receive the quality service I deserved.
