I had a pedicure done with gel polish, but the nail polish was clumpy with many bubbles. I requested the service to be redone properly. However, they insisted on charging me for a removal because I did not want them to apply polish over the incorrectly done one. This lack of professionalism and failure to find a resolution is unacceptable. I will not return to this establishment. Despite being busy, I did not receive the quality service I deserved. It is disappointing to see how some places post-COVID have neglected real customer service and care for their clients.
Initially, I was not given options for different services. During my nail appointment, the technician seemed more concerned about everything else except my nails. It felt like my services were rushed. While I was getting a manicure and pedicure, a woman who arrived before me was still in the chair. The total cost for my child and I to get manicures and pedicures was $155, which I find exorbitant. Additionally, the technician did not even apply lotion to my hands or legs.
Today, I went for a pedicure and my toes look nice. However, I was taken aback by the $55 price tag for a regular gel pedicure, especially considering the overall service. It appeared that the tools were not properly sanitized. The lotion provided was from a previously opened and used sample package. There was no massage; the technician simply applied the lotion to my legs. Upon entering, about an hour and a half before closing time, a man started yelling about potential closure due to the weather, creating a tense atmosphere. There was a lot of shouting among the technicians, which is never a good sign. If such high prices are being charged, a much better experience should be provided for customers.
