Taylor did an exceptional job. Today, I received a scalp and hair treatment from Taylor. Overall, I give her a perfect score of 100/100. I highly recommend her. She is amazing.
Olivia did an excellent job and displayed great professionalism. She paid meticulous attention to detail, which did slow down the process a bit, but she asked insightful questions to enhance and improve. It appeared she was relatively new to the field, but she dedicated herself to ensuring it was done correctly, and Carlos (the instructor) also double-checked. While shampooing and blow-drying, she may have been a bit rough on my hair - which could have been unavoidable, and if that's the only issue I can think of, I consider it a positive experience. I believe she has a promising future as a hairstylist, and I would recommend her to a friend if they have a few extra hours to spare.
Michael was incredibly welcoming and courteous! He conducted a thorough assessment before even starting on my hair. He did a fantastic job washing my hair. He provided clear explanations of each step before proceeding. He continuously checked in to ensure my comfort and satisfaction! My hair looks significantly healthier now!
