I must say, this has been one of my most challenging encounters with hair extensions to date. As a seasoned hair professional, I am well-versed in the care and upkeep required. My appointment with Lindsey at the salon on March 19th resulted in a hefty charge of over 3k. Just eight days later, on the 27th, numerous beads began popping out, causing discomfort and tugging on my hair. Upon reaching out to Lindsey, she attempted a quick fix by stitching the beads inside the weft without addressing the underlying issues. Furthermore, her suggestion of referring me to other stylists gave me the impression that she no longer wanted to work on my hair.

Lacey truly exceeded my expectations during my salon visit. As someone with hair that tends to lift red and brassy, I was thrilled that Lacey was able to achieve a beautiful ash/cool tone without any unwanted hues. Throughout the lengthy four-hour appointment, both Lacey and her assistant, Bibi, provided exceptional service, ensuring my comfort with snacks and beverages. Lacey's focus on maintaining the health of my hair while achieving my desired color was evident, and I left the salon feeling confident in the care my hair received. The subtle trim she provided allowed me to eliminate split ends without sacrificing length, a testament to her skill and attention to detail. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment to continue the journey towards my hair goals.
