Visited for eyebrow waxing. I had it done twice before and Erica Age did an excellent job! Returned today for a touch-up with a different staff member and most of my eyebrow got waxed off! I burst into tears the moment I saw them in my car. They are now uneven, with just a tiny thin line of hair remaining. Although they refunded me, I cry every time I see my reflection. :(
