My initial visit was today, and I must say, my nails look fantastic! Excellent customer service! Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you value your skin, avoid getting your eyebrows done here. Despite being a long-time customer, the quality has significantly dropped. The technician tweezed so hard that it left bruises on my eyebrow area, and the waxing job was subpar. The customer service and greeting lack authenticity, making you feel like a burden to them.
I used to adore this place, but the quality has drastically declined. I visited 3 more times hoping it was just an isolated incident. However, today's visit confirmed otherwise. The first time, a gentleman was pleasant but rushed and cut corners. The second time, a lady did an okay job but my nails chipped within a week. Today, the lady at the 3rd chair on the right was extremely rough, impolite, and hurried. My nails were not done properly, and when I pointed out missed spots, she simply refused to fix them. Feeling frustrated, I requested a simple flower design, but she couldn't replicate the photo I showed her. The end result was blue blobs on my nails. She didn't inquire about the shape I wanted, used the highest drilling setting despite my discomfort, and didn't acknowledge my pain or apologize. Each nail ended up a different size and shape. I decided to pay but will not return.
