I absolutely adore it here at Mattison suites and spa. As a business owner, the location, amenities, and the salon and spa concept are crucial to me and my clients. Heather, the property manager, made it incredibly easy for me to relocate my business here. I was seeking something long-term that aligned with my style, and she made it happen! I am so satisfied with everything. Thank you, Heather! This is the best decision I have ever made for myself and my business.
I have experienced the most dreadful time dealing with a service provider, Taylor Jordan, at Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spas Frisco Legacy-Eldorado. They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable, even having their children running around the shop during services. I have contacted the Salon Owner regarding the issue but never received a response. This situation indicates to me that they do not genuinely care about their clients or their reputation at Mattison Avenue, and it is truly disheartening. Dealing with this has been such a headache, and I would definitely reconsider getting services at this specific location.
Our hairdresser Sam moved over to this location some time ago. It’s conveniently situated with ample parking. The establishment is spotless and secluded. Each individual has their space uniquely decorated! There are numerous skilled hairdressers, stylists, lash technicians, and more! I wish they would display everyone’s business cards outside their door to make contacting them easier. Apart from that, this place is fantastic!
