They convinced me to try powder dip when I came in to remove shellac. The technician cut my nails unevenly and the powder ended up lumpy and unappealing. I had it done around 1 o'clock and returned at 6:10 on Saturday to give them a chance to fix it, but they were closed. I won't return and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
This establishment is fantastic! They accommodated my friend and me for a full set on a holiday with short notice, and everyone was extremely kind, patient (I was unsure of what I wanted/what to choose), and ensured our comfort throughout the process! When my technician asked me what shape I wanted, I requested 'cat nail,' and he delivered!! They look amazing, and I love them! My toes also turned out beautifully, and my friend's set is SO adorable! They have a great selection of colors. I initially wanted a light, glittery pink "blush" shade, and they had exactly what I had in mind! I will definitely return :) The leg massage during our pedicures nearly put my friend and me to sleep because we were so relaxed!
This has got to be one of the most unprofessional and sloppy salons I've encountered. It's unbelievable that they messed up twice on different services for my partner (once with lashes and once with nails). There won't be another chance given. I refuse to return. Do I look like Scooby Doo to you? Improve your services, shaking my head 😔...
