I strongly advise against this establishment. If I could, I'd rate it 0 stars. I came in for a soak off, but the nail technician proceeded to forcefully remove my acrylic nails instead of providing the soak off I requested. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but then she began filing my nails aggressively, causing significant thinning and sensitivity in my natural nails. They haven't been the same since. Oh my goodness...I stopped by the store today because it's nearby and it had outstanding reviews [which are SO deserved]. I don't treat myself to nail appointments often, maybe 3 or 4 times a year if there's a special occasion. Taylor did my nails and she was fantastic, warm, chatty, and even shared some tips on nail care and why my nails tend to break easily. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return.
