Oh my goodness...I stopped by the store today because it's nearby and it had outstanding reviews [which are SO deserved]. I don't treat myself to nail appointments often, maybe 3 or 4 times a year if there's a special occasion. Taylor did my nails and she was fantastic, warm, chatty, and even shared some tips on nail care and why my nails tend to break easily. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return. The prices are quite fair.

I strongly advise against this establishment. If I could, I'd rate it 0 stars. I came in for a soak off, but the nail technician proceeded to forcefully remove my acrylic nails instead of providing the soak off I requested. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but then she began filing my nails aggressively, causing significant thinning and sensitivity in my natural nails. They haven't been the same since. I do not recommend this place at all.
