I strongly advise against this establishment. If I could, I'd rate it 0 stars. I came in for a soak off, but the nail technician proceeded to forcefully remove my acrylic nails instead of providing the soak off I requested. Initially, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but then she began filing my nails aggressively, causing significant thinning and sensitivity in my natural nails. They haven't been the same since. I do not recommend this place at all.
My initial visit was fantastic. The team was welcoming, and though there was a slight wait, it was manageable. Vii did my nails and she was incredibly pleasant and professional. I adore my nails. I will definitely return. 😊 (Vii no longer works at this establishment) 😞 …
My nails were done so carelessly. I had to assist the nail technician with French tips and it was quite painful when he used the drill. I've never received so many comments about how terrible my nails look.
