The hair stylist I had was extremely disrespectful. Throughout the appointment, she criticized the state of my hair and insisted that I needed to prioritize self-care, despite me explaining that I have four children to care for and rarely have time for myself. She even went as far as to suggest I should take better care of my infant son who was recovering from bronchitis.
Avoid this place at all costs! (I should have left as soon as I saw one of the stylists with severely damaged hair. Seeing her hair condition made me worry about the outcome of my own, but I decided to give them a chance.) They ended up leaving uneven patches of bleach on one side of my hair and barely any bleach on the other side. Some of my hair actually got burnt off. I'm so ashamed of the damage that I have to wear wigs until it's healthy enough to be fixed by a competent professional. If I could rate them zero or negative stars, I definitely would.
Oh my goodness, it was a disaster! The stylist bleached my hair, leaving a dark brown patch on the top of my head!! Then she gave me an uneven haircut! I had to seek help elsewhere to correct it! One side was noticeably longer than the other! She completely messed up my bangs! Even the eyebrow waxing left my eyebrows looking uneven. I will absolutely never return to this salon!
