If I could rate lower, I certainly would! I walked in 40 minutes before closing time, only to be told they weren't accepting any more haircuts for the day. There was just one person getting a haircut and another waiting. Lost my business for good due to this poor customer service. There's no way it would take 40 minutes to do three men's haircuts with multiple staff members on duty.
Took my sons here after a disappointing experience at another local salon where they repeatedly messed up one of my children's hair right before picture day. The staff here was exceptional, especially considering I mentioned that my 5-year-old has autism and they were patient in showing him that the clippers wouldn't harm him. The only downside was the prices are a bit high, but overall, they've earned a loyal customer in me. Will definitely be returning with my boys.
Recently moved to this area at 54 years old and had an excellent experience. Received the best beard trim and haircut in a long while. I appreciated being able to listen to my own music on my phone during the session. Tipped my stylist generously, and now I feel and look much younger. Definitely worth a visit; you won't be disappointed.
