I had a reaction to the lotion they made me buy, the owner said it's not their fault and no refund. I'd steer clear of this tanning spot.
Had the worst experience with the staff and Especially the Manager/Owner.. At the time, my partner got me a quite pricey package for my Birthday. I was in a car accident and couldn't drive for months. They bluntly said too bad, use it or lose it. Sent them a Drs. Note, they didn't care, even laughed in my face, said oh you should've read the directions first!!! They're extremely snooty, think they're superior. You'd think a locally owned business would want a good reputation but THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR ANYTHING. Also, my partner was told I could use it whenever I wanted, that's why he got the priciest package. Warning DO Not Do Business With These Heartless Individuals!!? They are Evil 😈
Thought it wasn't me? 'cause my signature wasn't the same? sometimes they differ, won't be exact. Also, my birth date I rushed and wrote wrong, crossed it out, and corrected it. even after showing my ID, debit card, and SS? still couldn't tan 'cause they thought it wasn't me. after buying the tanning package. Makes me furious!
